Grass Fed Beef,Grass Fed Lamb or Pastured Turkey? Spinach and Feta Burgers.

With Sriracha Aioli.


Which one will you choose? Super easy, packed with nutrients and DELICIOUS!

Serves 3-4

  • One pound Graze The Prairie Grass Feed Beef, Lamb or 4L Grazing Pastured Turkey

  • One cup finely chopped fresh spinach

  • 2 Tablespoons finely diced red onion

  • 1 Tablespoon Graze The Prairie Garlic and Herb Blend.



Mix it all together and divide into 3 or 4 patties, cook until you reach desired internal temperature, about 7 minutes on each side for 1/3 pound burgers medium-high heat. Top with crumbled Feta cheese. Serve hamburger bun of your choice. We like Brioche, Pretzel Buns or Whole Wheat Buns.


Sriracha Aioli

  • 1 Tablespoon Mayo (I make my own or use Primal Kitchen, no soy, sugar or canola).

  • 1 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce.

Mix it together. You can always adjust the Sriracha to taste. We added red pepper flakes for more kick.

Serve with a side salad and you have a super tasty and healthy meal!
