Asian Meatballs with Dipping Sauce

Meatballs can be made so many different ways, it's great as a meal or an appetizer.

These meatballs are quick and easy, served with a salad and a vegetable you have dinner in about 30 minutes.

Ingredients for the meatballs:

  • 1 pound Graze The Prairie Grass Fed Ground Beef

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 Tablespoon onion, finely diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 Tablespoon coconut aminos

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 egg

Ingredients for the dipping sauce:

  • 3 Tablespoons coconut aminos

  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced (depending on your taste)

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar (I use ACV)

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. In mixing bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients. Divide mixture and shape into meatballs. For dinner I make 8 meatballs by dividing the mixture in half, then divide each half into four meatballs. When I make a meatball appetizer I divide the mixture into 10-12 meatballs.

  3. Place on baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until cooked through.

  4. While the meatballs are cooking make the dipping sauce.

  5. To make the dipping sauce, simply add all the dipping sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and mix.

  6. Serve meatballs with dipping sauce.

Enjoy!

NOTE: I like adding 1/4 cup or so shredded carrots or chopped greens like kale or spinach to my meatballs.
